Frogility

METHODOLOGY

Understand the evidence.

Frogility screens public records for financial quality and risk indicators. A company match establishes an identity; it does not establish a rating or trading status.

Two analysis layers

The existing 23-check model uses five weighted pillars. It is an experimental heuristic, not a validated fraud predictor. Missing evidence remains unknown. Its score interval is a mathematical bound under its assumptions, not a confidence interval or probability. An overall point score requires all applicable evidence.

The new import pipeline calculates 15 deterministic indicators. It currently publishes no aggregate score. Financial measures include revenue growth, profit consistency, operating cash flow, cash conversion, debt/equity, interest coverage, ROE, ROCE, negative equity and persistent losses. Market measures include turnover, zero-volume frequency, volume change, volatility and price change.

Comparable inputs

Annual financial statements must use compatible periods, consolidation basis and currency. Units are normalized explicitly. Banks, insurers and unknown sectors have unsuitable ratios withheld. Price-derived measures require verified corporate-action treatment. Unverified units, short histories and stale records make affected indicators unavailable.

Regulatory evidence

A headline enters a private review queue. Before a company receives a public event, a reviewer must verify the legal entity, original document, relevant passage, action, applicable date, current status and later modifications. Allegations, interim orders, published findings, settlements, appeals, stays and overturned decisions remain distinct. ASM/GSM surveillance alone does not establish fraud.

Publication and freshness

Original documents retain source URLs and checksums in private storage. Newly imported evidence is exported only after document approval and verified commercial reuse and redistribution rights. These gates are separate from permission to access a source. Import time does not make an old financial period current. No live price feed is connected.

The existing directory and two legacy issuer reports predate this new permission workflow. Their publication permissions remain under review; they must not be interpreted as approved examples of the new export.

Limits

Public records cannot reveal every fraud. Order-level manipulation, hidden beneficial ownership and undisclosed transactions may be unobservable. Missing adverse records do not establish safety. This service provides research evidence, not stock tips or personalized investment advice.
