THE DAILY PENNY-STOCK RANKING
Ten places.
Earned by evidence.
The highest-scoring penny stocks in our eligible research universe, ranked against one another. No minimum score. A place in the top ten can still carry a low score.

The ranking needs more verified inputs.
We keep the ten places open until supported scores are available. A missing-data score range is not a comparable point score.

Relative rank. Visible evidence.
Start with penny stocks
Ordinary NSE/BSE equities with a source-backed closing price above ₹0 and at or below ₹50. This is our screening convention. Each company receives one place.
Rank every supported score
There is no 75-point bar or other minimum score. We order complete scores from highest to lowest. Even a low score can make the list; rank is not an endorsement.
Recheck every day
At 6:30 pm IST, the job recalculates eligible records and checks evidence expiry. The price date stays visible. Recalculation does not mean new source data arrived.
Score, evidence requirements and tie-breaks
Score = 100 − the sum of each observed risk severity × its rule weight. The existing model requires all 23 checks for a point score. Missing facts are not assumed favourable. Financial integrity carries 30 points; governance, trading and regulation 20 each; business quality 10.
Equal scores are ordered by median traded value, then price date, then ISIN. Prices and active-trading checks must be no more than seven calendar days old. Median traded value must be at least ₹10 lakh over 60 sessions. The list requires an unmodified audit and reviewed regulatory, suspension and surveillance clearance. Exclusion does not establish wrongdoing. Financial companies awaiting a sector-specific model are excluded.
Original sources need factual review and permission for publication. Other source age limits follow the 23-rule methodology. Coverage is measured among reviewed candidates, not every listed penny stock. If fewer than ten qualify, fewer than ten are shown.
Weekends, stale data and rank changes
The scheduled check runs every day, including holidays. The most recent eligible closing price keeps its actual date. An outdated or failed ranking is withheld. Movement compares the same board and scoring version with the most recent earlier daily snapshot; the first publication has no movement history.
Frogility's experimental heuristic measures observed warning signals. It is not a prediction of returns, a fraud verdict or a recommendation to buy. Higher rank does not establish that a penny stock is safe.
